This program is designed to challenge you for 30 days. If you are a beginner, this is a great place to start. I designed the program to help you start your fitness journey all by yourself and at your own pace. You can gradually increase the intensity and slowly build strength. All of the exercises in this challenge are demonstrated by videos so you can ensure to perfect your form.
I designed this program so that a beginner or an intermediate athlete can perform and still feel challenged. If you don’t have any medical conditions, stick to the plan and follow a nutrition plan ( you can refer to my nutrition guide), you should see a change within the first month of your training.
